Sleepwear & pyjamas
The category we know best — skin-contact garments where fabric hand-feel and seam comfort decide repeat orders. Women's and men's sets in cotton-modal, cotton-elastane and viscose blends.
Home/Products
Everyday apparel made to your specification — sleepwear and pyjamas, pants, activewear, dresses, tops, polos, underwear, kids and baby. Cutting, sewing, pressing and inspection under one roof. We hold no stock and sell no own-brand product, so nothing we develop for you is ever offered to another customer.
Six product families
The category we know best — skin-contact garments where fabric hand-feel and seam comfort decide repeat orders. Women's and men's sets in cotton-modal, cotton-elastane and viscose blends.
Woven trousers and jersey bottoms for women, relaxed shorts for men. Fit through the hip and waistband construction is where these programmes are won or lost, and we fit-block every style before bulk.
Performance stretch sewing — flat seams, four-thread coverstitch, elastic and cup construction. Moisture-wicking, quick-dry fabrics sourced to specification.
Summer-weight dresses in linen and cotton, jersey dresses with drape, blouses and basic tees. Eyelet embroidery, material-mix panels and puff sleeves are regular production, not exceptions.
A focused men's range built around everyday reordering — polos in natural fibre mixes, linen and cargo shorts, and skin-contact underwear where cotton grade and waistband recovery matter.
Higher compliance burden, and worth doing properly. Cord, drawstring, small-parts and nickel requirements are documented per order rather than assumed — see the compliance page.
How a garment is made here
Every programme above runs through the same four stages in our own buildings — cutting, sewing, ironing and pressing, inspection and packing — under one compliance file and one annual third-party audit. Nothing critical is subcontracted away from our own quality system.
Fabric spreading, marker planning and cutting in house. Panel accuracy stays inside our own quality system rather than depending on an outside cutting room.
Sewing lines with dedicated machines per operation, worked in line rather than by whole-garment operators, with inspection at each station.
Steam pressing with style-specific templates, so measurements hold across the run and not only in the sample.
Inline inspection through production and a final AQL check before packing, then folding, labelling and hangtag application to retail-ready standard.
The same terms apply on every programme: your specification, your trims, your label, no own-brand product, and no development of yours offered to another customer.
Fabric reference
Fabric choice drives hand-feel, price position and compliance burden simultaneously. These are the fibres that run through our regular production, drawn from our current range.
| Fibre | Hand-feel | Where we use it | Certification options |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cotton The backbone of our range — combed and carded |
Breathable, soft, structured | Sleepwear, tees, polos, underwear, kids — most categories | Fibre composition and RST testing per order |
| Cotton–elastane Typically 95/5, Creora® on request |
Stretch with recovery | Pyjamas, sweatpants, fitted pants, briefs | Stretch and recovery verification in sampling |
| Cotton–modal e.g. 48/47/5 with elastane |
Silky, extra soft against skin | Premium sleepwear, dresses, tops | Fibre composition testing |
| Viscose / rayon 100% or blended with linen and elastane |
Fluid, cool, high drape | Summer dresses, wide-leg pants, bathrobes | FSC-derived fibre options on nominated mills |
| Linen 100% or 55–58% blends |
Crisp, breathable, lives in | Summer pants, shorts, dresses, men's shirts | Fibre composition testing |
| Organic cotton GOTS or OCS chain of custody |
Clean, breathable, structured | Jersey dresses, tops — sustainability-led programmes | Subject to certified-mill availability — confirm per order |
| Polyester & polyamide Usually with 2–16% elastane |
Moisture-wicking, quick-dry | Activewear, sport bras and leggings, swim, kids' tops | Performance testing: wicking, stretch, pilling |
Certification availability depends on which mill we buy from for a given order. If a specific certificate is a hard requirement for your compliance file, tell us at the brief stage and we will confirm the mill and the documentation in writing before you commit.
Sizing
European sizing is our default — it is what our current buyers order against. Your size chart, your grading rules and your fit blocks override ours on every programme.
Send us a reference garment or a measurement chart and we will match it. Where your target price and your intended fabric weight are incompatible, we will tell you at the brief stage rather than after a sample round.
Send us a reference garment, a photo or a target retail price. We will tell you what is achievable, what it costs, and what we would change.
