Who we are

A manufacturer, and only that

Jiangyin Xinni Textile Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer. We run two production lines in Zhutang Town — cut-and-sew, all under one roof — and we are not a trading company with a website.

That last point matters more than it sounds. It means the designs you develop with us do not reappear on a marketplace under a different brand, and it means the person answering your email can walk onto the floor and look at your order.

We produce for brands, importers and private-label programmes, and we ship under our own import and export licence rather than routing orders through a third-party exporter. Our growth has come from repeat orders and referrals rather than from aggressive sales — which is why we are willing to tell a buyer when something is not a good fit.

Milestones

Twenty-plus years on the same site

2002 · Founded in Zhutang Town

Xinni begins manufacturing apparel in Jiangyin, Jiangsu — a town already established as a textile cluster, which means fabric supply, skilled operators and machine servicing on the doorstep.

2000s · First export programmes

Production shifts from domestic supply to direct export, and the factory builds its first long-term relationships with overseas buyers.

ISO 9001 · Quality management formalised

The three-stage inline inspection system and written measurement reporting become standard practice rather than a buyer-specific concession.

2020–2022 · Capacity and range widened

We expanded our range and production capability quickly in response to demand, which stress-tested our quality systems and taught us how to move fast without losing consistency. That elasticity is now one of the reasons we can hold low minimums without disrupting larger programmes.

2025 · Registered as a National Sci-Tech SME

The company passed China's national evaluation for small and medium-sized technology enterprises — assessed on technical staff, research spending and intellectual property rather than on headcount. For a factory of our size it is a useful, externally checkable signal that we are investing in process and product development, not only in machines.

Today · Focused on premium and private label

We are deliberately shifting towards fewer, deeper relationships with brands that care about fibre, fit and documentation — and away from volume-only competition where the only variable is price.

How we operate

Four things we will not trade away

These are the commitments that shape how we quote, schedule and communicate. They cost us some orders, which is the point.

We quote honestly

If your target price is below what a fibre can be bought for, we will say so rather than quoting a number we cannot honour later. A price that survives production is worth more to you than one that wins the enquiry.

We surface problems early

Bad news delivered in week two of a programme is a fixable problem. Bad news delivered in week eight is a crisis. You will hear about issues from us first.

We do not reuse your work

Your patterns and artwork stay yours. We do not sell under our own brand and we do not offer your developments to other customers.

We invest in documentation

Fibre records, dye lots, inspection reports and traceability files are produced as standard. It is unglamorous work that decides whether your listing stays live.

amfori BSCI & ISO 9001

The facility is audited annually against the amfori BSCI code of conduct. The 2026 full audit by TUV Rheinland rated nine of thirteen performance areas A, with no findings on child labour, forced labour, discrimination or occupational health and safety. Quality management runs separately under ISO 9001.

Zhutang Town, Jiangyin, Jiangsu

Jiangyin sits on the Yangtze River in Jiangsu Province, roughly two hours from Shanghai by road and close to Wuxi and Nantong. It is one of China's established textile clusters, which gives us access to yarn spinners, dyers and machine engineers within a short drive — useful when a programme needs a new yarn developed quickly.
